Landscape barrier to separate parking from trail

Outdoor seating/picnic area behind 192 S. Main Street

Parking lot between 192 and 190 S. Main Street

Provide gated vinyl-panel dumpster enclosure behind 178 and 180 S. Main Street
•
Compliment enclosure with landscaping to give screening a more natural appearance

Elevated boardwalk
•
From 190 S. Main Street to Molyneux Park
•
Necessary because of the close proximity of the rear of the buildings to the water’s edge - does not provide for a flat enough area along the riverbank to implement a trail
•
Construct of wood or recycled plastic
•
42” minimum height handrails to provide safety
•
Boardwalk would attach to back of structures at 180 and 178 S. Main Street

Behind buildings along South Main Street where boardwalk will be required

Molyneux Park
•
Connect to existing walk through park
•
Access to carry-in canoe launch
•
Existing seating and picnic areas
•
Existing public parking

Molyneux Park

Landscaping throughout Downtown Segment
•
Trees, shrubs and split-rail fencing
•
